Mediterranean Delight Bowl

An absolutely exquisite salad: a crispy mesclun with fine herbs, vitamin-rich vegetables, vinaigrette and hummus. A garnish of crispy chickpeas is served in a separate jar. Ingredients : Romaine lettuce, cherry tomato, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, mint, hummus (chickpeas, water, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings), dressing (olive oil, canola oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings, xanthan gum), crispy chickpeas (chickpeas, canola oil and seasonings).

Instructions : Keep refrigerated. Pour the contents of the jar into a plate and mix to harmonize the flavors. Enjoy.
