3 simple steps

1. Purchases are made on the online store no later than Sunday, ideally during the week. Customers can select the meals, snacks and desserts they want from the weekly menu. The order for prepared meals must be at least $40 (before the deposit).

2. On Monday at the agreed time, the dishes are delivered (to your home, work or pick-up point). Please return the jars and insulated bags from the previous week at the same time. Store the dishes in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

3. The dishes are ready to eat. Simply put them on a plate and heat them up or mix them before enjoying.

Collection points

Freshly prepared meals can be delivered free of charge to a pick-up point. An order in your name would be available there the Monday following your order. The pick-up period is Monday late afternoon and according to the schedule which varies from one location to another. See all our partners and their schedules on the map below.

When ordering, indicate the address of the collection point as "Shipping address" in order to benefit from free delivery.

If none of these proposed locations and times suit you, you may have your order delivered or contact us to discuss available arrangements (at info@potsmaison.com ).

Delivery

We offer the option of delivering meals to your home or workplace in eligible neighborhoods. Delivery is made on Mondays during the day or early evening (depending on the area, see the map below).

A person present at the delivery address is considered to have been authorized to receive your order. You can also choose to allow the delivery person to leave your order on your doorstep, in a cooler or in a space designated for this purpose.

When a delivery is missed because no one is present at your address to receive the order, we will call you and wait a maximum of 5 minutes. After this time, you will have the option to allow the delivery person to leave your order at the door or to pick it up at the nearest drop-off point.

Equipment loan

In order to reduce our ecological footprint, we only use reusable packaging: insulated bags and glass jars. When you place your first order, we ask for a $20 security deposit to guarantee the loan of glass jars and insulated bags. In the deposit section , add the "Equipment loan deposit" to your cart and do not worry about counting the number of jars ordered. This deposit is refunded upon request and after the return of all equipment in good condition during the pick-up periods. If items are missing, amounts will be withheld from the deposit refund ($1.50 per jar + $7 per insulated bag).

Jars must be washed before being returned to Pots Maison. They will then be washed at high temperature in a commercial dishwasher before being reused. In order to prevent premature wear of the metal parts, it is important that the two-piece lid is completely dry before closing the jar.
