A real good dose of proteins and vitamins. The Thai bowl is more nutritious than a salad thanks to a generous portion of marinated and roasted tempeh, roasted cashews and quinoa. It is a vitamin-packed recipe served with a refreshing salad of mesclun, mint and coriander !
Ingredients : Marinated tempeh (tempeh, maple syrup, gluten-free tamari sauce, lime juice, chili pepper), red pepper, carrot, red cabbage, mango, fair trade cashews , mesclun, Thai carrot and ginger sauce (carrot, olive oil, maple syrup, rice vinegar, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, salt), quinoa, vegetable broth, coriander, mint.
