Strawberry and rhubarb crumble bar

A healthy dessert that can be served as a snack and lunch

Ingredients : Strawberry, rhubarb, gluten free flour, oats, coconut sugar, coconut oil, ginger, lemon, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

Directions : Store in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator ahead of time and enjoy as is.
