Wild Blueberry Jam
Wild Blueberry Jam
The jams are all produced in Quebec with Quebec fruits, responsibly picked, gluten-free and GMO-free.
- Saskatoon berry jam : A small fruit that looks like a purplish blueberry, the Saskatoon berry, also called Saskatoon and small pear, was consumed in large quantities by the natives and occupied a special place on the plates of Quebecers until the 1960s. The Saskatoon berry is now making a comeback in our gardens as we appreciate it for its ornamental qualities and its early flowering, but also on our plates! Juicy and naturally sweet, the Saskatoon berry knows how to conquer all palates with its light taste of almonds and red fruits.
- Wild blueberry jam: Ah, wild blueberries, they need no introduction! Juicy, sweet and tasty, they are picked in the forest in Saguenay. In each little jar is a little history, ours; that of our relationship with wild picking, one of the last still practiced by many people in Quebec.
- Wild blackberry jam : Small, black and sweet as can be, wild blackberries are so tasty. They are one of those fruits that can be picked without seeing the time pass, doubling the work of harvesting while you eat as many on the spot as you bring home.
