(Frozen) Pasta with lentils, eggplant, tomato and cheese

A limited quantity of prepared meals are in stock in the Pots Maison freezers. They will be defrosted on Monday, so place them in the refrigerator and eat them within a few days of delivery.

Pasta, fried eggplant, tomato sauce and vegetable ricotta. Reheating the eggplant in the oven gives the final touch to this truly delicious dish.

Ingredients : Gluten-free lentil paste, eggplant, gluten-free flour and canola oil. SAUCE : Tomato, white onion, olive oil, salt and seasonings. RICOTTA : Tofu, white onion, lemon, olive oil, white miso, nutritional yeast, salt and seasonings
