Couscous with vegetables
Slow cooked vegetables in a Moroccan seasoned sauce on a bed of spinach and parsley couscous. Tasty and full of vitamins and minerals!
Ingredients : Yellow potato, rutabaga, carrot, green zucchini, tomato, yellow onion, wheat semolina or quinoa , chickpea, spinach, raisin, mint, vegetable broth, olive oil, rice vinegar, spices, salt and pepper.
Contains: Gluten (a gluten-free variant is also available)
Best Before : Sunday, August 3, 2024
Instructions : Store in the refrigerator. Transfer the contents of the jar and reheat in the oven until desired temperature. Enjoy.
