Pear and almond cake

An upside-down cake with generous slices of candied pears. The almonds are very present and are accompanied by notes of ginger and spices for a very nice combination.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, pear, oat milk, brown sugar, almond, canola oil, baking powder, bitter almond extract, salt and seasonings.

Contains : Almond and gluten.
