A perfect oil! Silky and subtle in the mouth and endowed with a certain lightness, its aromas of asparagus will give way to notes of sesame and hazelnuts which, marked by sweetness, will not mask the rest of the ingredients. Its taste, refined and balanced, can be appreciated cold in salad, vinaigrette, mayonnaise, or in cooking. Contains 35% omega-3.
