Tofu and almond phyllo dough

Crispy phyllo dough accompanies a dish of scrambled tofu and caramelized almonds. This delicious sweet and savory pâté is inspired by the Pastilla de Fez, a Moroccan specialty with subtle aromas of saffron and rose.

Ingredients : Tofu, onion, phyllo dough, almond, canola oil, vegetable broth, maple syrup, wheat flour, chickpea flour, rose water, coriander, salt and seasonings.
