Alsatian pizza with cabbage and sausage
A pizza inspired by Franco-German cuisine from Alsace is composed of the blend of flavors of seitan, cabbage and a creamy sauce. Pan-fried Brussels sprouts are accompanied by sauerkraut and kimchi. Each bite is enveloped in a delicious sauce of cashews, mustard and horseradish.
Ingredients : Wheat flour, brussels sprouts, seitan (chickpeas, wheat gluten, water, nutritional yeast, tamari, sunflower oil and seasonings), sauerkraut, carrot, water, fair trade cashews , canola oil, evaporated white wine, kimchi, mustard, horseradish, pumpkin powder, salt and seasonings
Contains: Gluten, mustard, cashew nuts and soy (soy sauce)

Instructions : Store in the refrigerator. Heat the pizza in the oven until the crust is nice and crispy (e.g. in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes, then let rest for 3 minutes). Enjoy.
