An exquisite Alfredo sauce with cashew nuts and shiitake mushrooms. Very rich and foresty, it is excellent on pasta and rice.
Ingredients : Fair trade cashew nuts , vegetable broth, shitake mushrooms, white mushrooms, white wine, lemon, olive oil, maple syrup.

Instructions : Store in the refrigerator. Transfer the contents of the jar and reheat in the oven until desired temperature. Enjoy.
