Orange glazed seitan
The rolled seitan is prepared with mushrooms, shallots sautéed with the stout from the Microbrasserie La Veillée in Ste-Agate-des-Monts. The stuffed roast is served with an orange sauce and braised green vegetables.
Ingredients : Seitan (Wheat gluten, chickpeas, water, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, organic tamari, sunflower oil, spices), Stuffing (mushrooms, shallots, stout beer, walnuts, coconut oil, food starch, salt and flavoring). Orange sauce (Orange, cane sugar, olive oil, cider vinegar, salt and seasonings). Accompaniment : Chef's vegetables, either bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans or red onion, olive oil and salt.
Contains : Soy, mustard and gluten.
Best Before : December 26, 2020
Instructions : Keep refrigerated. Pour the contents of the jar and heat to desired temperature. Enjoy.
