Lentil soup with grilled fruits

A hearty tomato lentil soup lightly seasoned with Mexican spices. Served with a sweet and sour pineapple and delicious and refreshing fried plantain topping.

Ingredients : Vegetable broth, green lentil, tomato, plantain, pineapple, onion, carrot, canola oil, salt and seasonings.
