This original version of the famous Lebanese protein tabbouleh is a pure delight! We swapped the usual wheat semolina for grated cauliflower. The aromas of mint, lemon and anise are very pleasant in this fresh salad. The chickpeas sprouted for 72 hours are blanched in boiling water to offer a pleasant and refreshing texture.
Ingredients : Cauliflower, sprouted chickpeas, parsley, fennel, tomato, red onion, lemon, mint, olive oil, garlic, salt and seasonings.

Instructions: Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold or warm. Mix all ingredients together before serving. Enjoy.
