Tacos al pastor
Four tacos ready to eat at home. In this recipe inspired by Mexican cuisine, a mixture of marinated and roasted tofu and oyster mushrooms are accompanied by fresh onions, pineapple and a delicious avocado, lime and coriander mayonnaise. All that's left to do is heat it up (remember to gently warm the tortillas in a pan or in the oven for a few minutes). The family size is perfect for a festive family dinner.
Ingredients : Corn tortillas, tofu, mushroom, oyster mushroom, pineapple, onion, cilantro, marinade (water, canola oil, pineapple juice, cider vinegar, guajillo chile, achiote, salt and seasonings) and sauce (water, fair trade cashews , avocado, lime, cilantro, garlic, salt).

Instructions : Keep refrigerated. Reheat the tofu and vegetables on a baking sheet in the oven or on the BBQ for a few minutes. Reheat the tortillas for 30 seconds or until the desired temperature. Add the preparations to the tortillas and enjoy.
