Beetroot tartare and cashew cheese
Delicious cashew and beetroot preparations to be enjoyed with arugula and croutons, a gluten-free version is also available. The beetroot tartare has a perfectly balanced flavor and the cashew cheese is lightly baked in the oven to provide an ideal texture.
Ingredients: Tartare : Red beetroot, pink beetroot, red onion, dijon mustard, capers, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce (mustard), olive oil, parsley, pepper and salt. Cheese : Fair trade cashew nuts , cider vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, water and salt. Meal : Croutons (bread, olive oil, salt and thyme) and rocket.
Contains : Cashews, mustard, soy and gluten (crouton only).

Directions: Store in the refrigerator. Pour the contents of the jar and enjoy.
