Tempeh Ribs and Cabbage Salad Wrap

An exceptional sweet and salty tempeh wrap cooked like Ribs in our BBQ sauce. The very filling portion of tempeh is accompanied by a delicious homemade red cabbage, apple and camelina salad and served in a rye tortilla.

Ingredients : Tempeh, coleslaw (red cabbage , green apple, carrot, sunflower seeds, cider vinegar, maple syrup, camelina oil , fermented garlic scape , horseradish, salt and seasonings ), BBQ sauce (crushed tomatoes, worcestershire sauce (mustard), molasses, cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt and seasonings), rye tortilla.
